遠月茶寮料理學園高等部２年生。
極星寮の寮生。ごく普通の真面目な高校生で、光るメガネがトレードマーク。食に対しての知識が深く、「味の物知り博士」と呼ばれる。
進級時にコンタクトを付けてみたが、誰にも気付いてもらえなかったためメガネに戻した。

Zenji is an ordinary, earnest high school student with a pair of shiny glasses as his trademark. Also known as "The Professor of Taste" for his deep knowledge of food.
He tried wearing contact lenses when he first moved up to 2nd year but switched back to wearing glasses as no one noticed.
