遠月茶寮料理學園高等部２年生。アリスの側近で「遠月十傑」第五席。
普段はぼーっとしているが、バンダナを頭に巻くと性格が荒々しく一変する。
魚介類の知識が豊富で、見て触れるだけで鮮度がわかる目利きの技術を持つ。
暴力的な美味を創り出すスタイルだったが、中枢美食機関・楠との食戟では、「秋の選抜」での敗北を糧に繊細な発想力を活かした料理で勝利をもぎ取った。

Ryo usually appears to be inattentive, but his attitude would turn aggressive once he puts on his headband to cook. He is an expert in seafood, has the skills to judge the freshness by just a brief glance.
Though known for his style of creating “powerful and violent” flavors, Ryo’s defeat in the Fall Classic Tournament inspired him to develop a new approach of delicate, creative cooking. This led to his victory over the battle with Kusunoki from the Central Gourmet Organization
