日本の料理業界を牛じる美食の権化で、食の魔王と呼ばれている。
薊政権崩壊後は総帥に復帰せず、えりなに総帥の座を託した。

Director of Totsuki Culinary Institute and Erina's grandfather.
The ultimate gourmand, he dominates the culinary scene in Japan and is called The Gastric Godfather.
After the collapse of the Azami Regime, he did not return to his position but retired and appointed Erina as the new Director.
