遠月茶寮料理學園高等部３年生。「遠月十傑」第二席。
笑顔が絶えない面倒見の良い先輩。創真たちと同じ極星寮で、裸エプロン姿がよく目撃される。
個性的な食材同士を融合させる型破りな皿を得意とし、創り出す料理は「超攻撃的和食」と称される。
実家は、京都の老舗割烹料理の名門・一色家。

3rd year student at Totsuki Culinary Institute and the current 2nd seat at the Totsuki Elite Ten.
He is always smiling and looks after younger students well. Living in the same dorm as Soma, he is often seen naked with only apron on. Satoshi specializes in “ferociously aggressive Japanese cuisine”, fusing 2 totally different ingredients. He actually comes from a family who runs one of Kyoto’s most authentic traditional Japanese restaurant.
