遠月茶寮料理學園高等部２年生。
対戦相手の料理を完璧にトレースし、独自のアレンジを加えて極上の一皿を生み出すコピー料理の使い手。
勝利のために相手を研究し尽くす姿から「キング・オブ・ストーカー」と呼ばれる。
大柄な見た目に反して、繊細な作業が得意。

Subaru is skilled at “Copy Dishes”. He makes completely identical dishes with his opponents, then adds original arrangements to create the finest plate of cuisine.
He is also called “King of Stalkers” due to all the hard work in stalking his opponents just to learn their dishes and win the battle. Unlike the heavily built appearance, he is very good at delicate work.
