遠月茶寮料理學園高等部１年生。
イタリアからの留学生で、中等部２年から編入。幼いときから双子の弟・イサミとともに実家の大衆食堂（ル：トラットリア）を手伝っていた。
現場仕込みのイタリア料理を得意とし、創真をライバル視している。女子から大人気で、学園内にファンクラブがある。

A transfer student from Italy, he joined Totsuki Academy as a second-year student in the Junior High School Division. Previously, he’d helped out at his family’s trattoria with his younger twin brother, Isami, since childhood. He specializes in authentic Italian cuisine and views Soma as a rival. Highly popular among girls, he even has a fan club in the academy.
